How do I pull information from within DTMS?

Need some help in DTMS. I am my BDE DTMS Manager, but I have not been to the training. I have been asked to provide the following information for personnel in my BDE and I do not know how to pull it.

APFT Over 270 points
ABCP Enrolled
ABCP Success Rate
How many P3T SM we have
How many Post Partum Personnel

Seek advice from the next higher echelon DTMS folks! I managed DTMS and set the program for a division level organization without training. Phone calls every day but folks understood!!!!!

APFT over 270 is easy, assuming you have BDE level login:
Top menu bar: Reporting > Report Center > Report List
Grid Reports tab
Unit APFT Roster Report
At the bottom, at Total Score At Least: enter 270
This will give you the most recent score of everyone 270 or higher, but there is no way to filter out diagnostics until you export that spreadsheet and do it yourself.

The rest of it, P3T and ABCP, not much you can do unless your entire BDE has been consistent in creating ABCP and P3T as Classes in DTMS, and enrolling people.
If they have, you can find those under
Top menu bar: Reporting > Report Center > Report List
Class tab

otherwise, you'll need to go to S1 to get ABCP and pregnancy data from eMILPO or IPPS-A.

Then take a few minutes to just go through every option in DTMS on the top menu bar to familiarize yourself with it, takes about an hour, quicker than the training.
