How do I raise my GT from a 109 to a 110?

I have 3 years in the reserves as a 12c. I just obtained my bachelors in criminal justice with a minor in business over the winter. What would be my options to raise my GT to 110 and any tips on how to be competitive for an active duty slot?

ROTC doesn't care about the GT score

You could talk to ROTC and have them pay for your masters.
