I am missing retirement points. Who can I speak with to fix this?

If you're a TPU Reservist or M-Day NG, you'll need to speak with your S1 or RPAC, and present documentation showing participation. Duty/Pay Roster with your signature showing goes a long way of proving attendance.

Depends if you're in the IRR/IMA or a TPU unit.

If you're in a TPU unit, then it's through the unit up to USARC (they will use the RLAS* system for point corrections).

If you're in the IRR or IMA program (not DIMA .. those go through the supported unit), then it's up to HRC* (see appendix B-2 of reference).

By the way, did you hear back from the SELCON board?

Just a note Sir, it took me over a year to get my points corrected. I went through my TPU . They ended up submitting it twice before the change took. Just keep your LESs, those are the key to proof.

Your Human Resource NCO, S1, or RPAC should be able to assit.
All points corrections (for USAR) are now going through iPPSA in the form of an 'Admin Correction PAR', 'Other', then type in POINTS CORRECTION. You will need to attched the annual points statement (5016) and supporting documentation of where the missing points are from (i.e. AT orders, 1380s, LES).
There is a break in EVERYONE's year on 20221113. This line break in the RYE should not effect a good/bad year and will not be changed. This was when the systems transitioned over.

Did your points not post, or did your year get broken up into two different rows?

If they did not post, I'd submit a records correction through IPPS-A with the documentation that the points didn't post and then the documentation that you prove you earned the points.

If the matter is that your points for last year posted in two different rows, again, post a correction to IPPS-A, and I understand it, then get in line behind everyone else.
