SPC Tyler Risbin3916754<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I served on Operation Jump Start for a period of 6 months and 10 days in 2007 with TF Mountaineer. I have a DD-214 certifying as such. However, I cannot find any records authorizing the Armed Forces Service Medal including my NGB 22. I do see the AAM and the state-specific award that I earned from it as well as my NCOPD ribbon. My primary service was with the WVARNG from 2005 to 2011 (with 2 years IRR). Honorable discharge.<br /><br />This only came up recently due to job and university applications, and I was not aware there was a separate status as such until now. I'm also not sure where to go or how to request a review, or if enough time has passed now that I'm no longer able to request assistance for this. Thanks in advance for any advice. How do I request a review of service to determine eligibility for a potentially missed award (AFSM)?2018-08-28T03:06:12-04:00SPC Tyler Risbin3916754<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I served on Operation Jump Start for a period of 6 months and 10 days in 2007 with TF Mountaineer.
