Any help would be appreciated. How do I request my medical records from Fort Leonard Wood? 2021-02-12T10:26:39-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 6740658

Hello RP, I am ARNG, and I am trying to figure out the best approach to get a copy of my medical records from while I was on post at Fort Leonard Wood? I'd start there. If you were there for NCOES, try the MSCoE En NCOA S-1 ( [login to see] ).
Hopefully someone at FLW can point you in the right direction. Good Luck. I found that all my records CONUS or OCONUS both Army and Navy MTF were all accessible for printing and this was in 2014. Might wanna try. A little confused, because all record's should be in your medical file. If you are a veteran, you can request one copy per year of your medical records. They come on CD or printed out, depending on what format you want them in. Those days are gone. You can go to tricare online and pull all of your medical records from your time in the Army. I can see records from my time when I was in Guard and also my stuff when I was on active duty my first time. Take a look there first.

https://www.tricareonline.com/tol2/prelogin/desktopIndex.xhtml

TRICARE Online

You are accessing a U.S. Government (USG) Information System (IS) that is provided for USG-authorized use only.
