How do I retrieve my DD 2366 (G.I BILL) if it's not in my records?

None of my paperwork has been properly submitted and it's not attainable through iperms, or any online resource that I know of.
Who do I call to get my gi bill paperwork?

Go to their web page. You can call them and they will help you. You can also apply for this benefits in this site.
