The easiest way is through the ebenefits site.

https://www.ebenefits.va.gov/ebenefits/homepage

Once you create a login, if you haven't already, there will be a series of options inside. You can maneuver around in there, and see things like your current disability %, your recent payments, etc.

Ken, what do you mean by your VA statement? Are you referring to your veterans affairs disability statement in terms of income, disability ratings or something else?
You might want to add tags for "Veterans Affairs (VA) Government Administration" under companies as well as "Disabled Veterans" and "Veterans"
