How do I start the MED Board process from the IRR? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-i-start-the-med-board-process-from-the-irr

I was transferred to the IRR because my spouse is active duty and we live OCONUS. I have a list of medical conditions and a recent diagnosis that call for an eval. I have not deployed with 5 years of service in the reserves. Since you are out, you can file a claim with the VA SFC Marc W. In order to get a profile, you would need to see a doctor. You can have your PCM write something up and submit it to your POC at HRC or you can request a PHA. A failing condition will get you evaluated. You will not be medically separated like active duty service members.
Or you can stay in the IRR until your contract is over and just ETS.

P.S. There are OCONUS reserve units. Going to the IRR was a choice, not the only one. It is harder to get help and find POCs while in the IRR.
