How do i strengthen my WOFT packet?

Any advice on how to strengthen my flight packet, these are my stats 111 GT, 50 Sift, E-6 in four years, currently attending college for a degree in aviation science, highly qualified ncoers, 13 civilian flight hours. I'm aware that my GT and SIFT scores are on the lower side, so I'm looking for ways to make the rest of my packet stand out and demonstrate my potential. Any advice or insight?

There is no magic formula because each board will be different depending on the requirements of the Army and the applicant pool.

According to USAREC, 50 is actually the overall average score on the SIFT for WOFT applicants, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. There have been many WOFT candidates that had SIFTs in the 40s.

However, some general comments about things that you can control that will add weight to your packet:
• Multiple LORs from senior individuals, especially one from a senior Aviation Warrant. If you don't know one already, start playing "how many degrees of separation" .. I know CWO Smith and he can introduce me to ... There is an Aviation Squadron that is part of the Division's CAB nearby and our S-3 NCOIC works with the S-3 NCOIC there ... etc. Worst case, do a cold-call with a local aviation unit and request an interview with a senior Warrant with the goal of securing a LOR.
• A strong and well-written "Why I want to be an Army Aviation Warrant" essay.
• Attention to detail -- review your packet multiple times yourself to ensure there are no 'hanging chads' (i.e., things that can lead to an unanswered question) and then have at least two others review the packet for you. You'd be amazed at the number of "shouldn't you have included this" things that others will find after you've looked it over.
• "Ring your own bell" - Multiple HQ NCOERS and making E-6 in four years is a noteworthy accomplishment. This is already a proven track record of future potential rather than a hypothetical indicator.
