I have a current GTC and DTS help desk people told me that my account is no longer active with any unit? How do I get the account activated with my new unit?

Its a school house unit and I am a student and the guys at S3 and S4 are extremely unhelpful and hate their lives so they never help unfortunately.

there is usually one belly button that is the DTS Manager in the unit. They may have an alternate. The DTS help desk should be able to tell you who is he manager for the UIC. They have to turn on your account. You may have to see the S8 Budget Manager to pick up your GTC. These two have met each other...I'd ask the S8 Budgeteer.

Usually the DTS person is in S3...but you're a student so it's a little different for you. I'd just go ask them what you need to do or who you are supposed to be assigned to in DTS. Who do you fall under while you're a student?

You're a student and haven't signed into your new unit yet so your new unit can't help you. Unless your school is a PCS length school, you belong to your previous unit until you sign into a new unit. You will have to reach back to your old unit to have them reactivate your account. If your school is more than a month long and you haven't been doing partial vouchers every month then that may be why your account was deactivated. It's also possible that some newby at your previous unit mistakenly deactivated it when you left.
