How do I verify if my Marine MOS 0231 and 0239 qualifies me as a 35F in the national guard?

Background:
I did 9 years in USMC as 0231/0239/0918. I intended to join the national guard and become a 350f. The warrant recruiter was going to put me directly into the warrant program, but then changed and said that he needed me to enlist and become a 35f so I’m in the appropriate feeder MOS.
In June 2019 I EASd from USMC and in July 2019 I enlisted. My enlisted recruiter told me that my 0231 mos would transfer over to 35f at my unit after enlisting. He also changed my contract from 6 year with bonus to 3 year without bonus the morning of MEPS, which was shady but a different story (just background to why I’m speculative of the information I’ve been receiving).
So now I’m enlisted and sitting in a 35f billet, but I’m not MOSQ. I went to the readiness NCO and S1 to forward my 0231 and 0239 school certificates so that I can become MOSQ as 35f. However, S1 is telling me that my MOS is not equivalent and the only way I can gain the 35F MOS is to go to the school. Which is the complete opposite of what my recruiter told me.
Do you know where or how I can verify if my MOS translates? Did my recruiter pull one over on me or is my S1 mistaken?

I believe this will have to be determined by G-1 HRC. Maybe SFC Private RallyPoint Member has some insight on this.

Although I don't have any experience in this area, I believe you may still have to go to the schoolhouse, albeit a shortened version (maybe)

IPB is slightly different between the army and Marines, and some of the terms are different, I'm assuming you've been through the IPB book considering the one I'm currently using is for both branches, and there are sections that are entirely devoted to army doctrine and sections devoted to Marine corps doctrine.

I've heard that there's a ~6 week refresher course of sorts, you'll probably have to go that route to become MOSQ

Jobs do not transfer from branch to branch. Each branch has different qualifications, specifications, requirements for what is basically the same job. IE Communications. A recruit could start out in telecommunications in the AF (One MOS) then re-enlist in the Navy under the same job, but different MOS and have to go through the Navy's school, rinse and repeat for each branch. They all communicate and might all use the same equipment, however the specifics will vary and so one must learn the Army, Marine, Navy, Air Force etc way in order to be MOSQ in that branch.

My situation is in the process of being resolved, for anyone that may read this in the future with a similar issue, this is the solution.
Utilize the marine to guard program, you can find it on google. There is a national guard representative who was a former marine, his job is to assist transitioning Marines. From awards to MOS. The 0231 does transfer to 35F without school, he just needs to submit the marine certs and some fitreps to the 35f proponent school for approval.

DO NOT, IN ANY WAY JUST GO WITH THE FLOW. This is YOUR career. Nobody else is responsible for your career, but you, so please disregard CPL Pifer. You were mislead. First, you do not need to be in that MOS to become a Warrant (see the below UR). Regarding obtaining the 35F in the Army; you can request an MOS "transfer" prior to going to MEPS. There is a process, your NG Recruiter did not do you right. You have to provide the course documentation from your time in the Marines. That paperwork along with the request gets sent to higher and they determine if your MOS is equivalent. (You do not need to attend BCT because you have not been out for 3 or more years.) Do you have a DEGREE? if you do not have your degree, he/she may have been correct in enlisting you! However, the NG recruiter should have sent the exception to MOS. Another Question, why did you sign a contract that took out your bonus? You did not have to sign that crap.... why did you not talk to the career counselor who is responsible for pulling your MOS/incentives??

I'd like to refer you to the current business rules:
Warrant Officer Course (WOC) Selectees from Sister Services take a physical as part of the application process. Selectees must have an HIV screening within two years. No MEPS physical will be required if already passed the physical as part of their processing for WOCS.

e. SMs service classification converts to an Army MOS may select from a
vacancy list for duty assignment. SMs must have worked in the service
classification (MOS) during the last three years for a valid conversion.
If the service classification does not convert, the SM will be offered
retraining based on the vacancies available by grade (vacancies are based
on needs of the Army and change accordingly). SMs will enlist for a minimum
term of service (TOS) of 3 years if service classification converts. If the
service classification does not convert and retraining is required, the TOS
will be based on MOS requirements. The 8 year Military Service Obligation
(MSO) will not change from the original enlistment.

f. SMs with PS in the Air Force, Navy, or Coast Guard, who have not
completed an Army BCT or U.S. Marine Corps BCT, or completed training for
Air Force or Navy Special Operations Forces, or Air Force Security Police
during previous military service will attend U.S. Army BCT.

F-8. Processing Warrant Officer Course (WOC) Selectees from Sister Services a. If a currently serving member of any Service decides to pursue the Army WOC, they must submit an application, sit before a selection board and receive a selection notification for the program. b. The phases of processing for WOC: (1) The selectee completes an application packet. The application packet is reviewed and evaluated for selection by a centralized board. (2) The selectee is notified by HRC. (3) All required testing of the selectee is completed during the application process. (4) Selected candidates take the physical as part of the application process. Selectees must have an HIV screening within two years. Selectees must meet PS ht/wt standards. (5) Upon notification of selection by HRC, selectee immediately report to nearest station and provide recruiters with the selection packet and required documents for enlistment. (6) The GC must contact the ROC for a reservation. (7) The selectee is scheduled to ship to BCT based upon the reservation

There is an MOS equivalency manual out there somewhere. I've been retired for five years now, but when I worked in Recruiting, we had a manual that had direct relative MOS'es and how they crossed over.

So I had this happen with a female Marine. We end up going to our state J2/G2 and had them decide. She also had a masters degree, so compile all of your experiences, exercises, awards training and go through the S2 chain of command.
