How do I verify if we meet the incentive criteria for SRAP?

Me and several other where on assignment and their was an incentive program if we had applicants ship and go to basic.
1-2 AAM
3-4 ARCOM
5+ MSM
I'm try to see how to verify if we met the criteria. I know for a fact I personally had at least one friend ship and he is about to graduate?
