How do military medical professionals determine if slight scoliosis or back pain was preexisting prior to military service?

Scoliosis is congenital, you're born with it.

Are you saying that you want to be medically chaptered and not MEB? Do you understand what that actually means?

I would think that it depends on whether or not it was identified at MEPS and listed in your records there. I hope they aren't trying to give you crap about percentages and stuff. Let us know how that one comes out. Because THAT is a VERY good question! Good luck.
