You have to fund all expenses and travel yourself. You also can&#39;t start outside the 180 day window from ETS, even by one day. Army Emergency Relief provides grants for Skillbridge participation. You should check and see if the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society does something similair. Hope this helps.
