How do we define "promotable" as a SSG? Is it with an OML number or with SLC complete? How do we define the terminology?

There is no longer a promotable SSG once this last list is extenguished. One of the purposes of the change was to eliminate promotable status for senior enlisted. Now you are either fully qualified or not
