Are you happy with the current assignment selection process? Are there changes you would like to see? Check out the article. What are your thoughts?

How to lose great leaders? It is known that the NCOs prime job is to train their officer and prepare them for their upward movement through their own knowledge of the higher levels and experience of years within the military over the junior officers (CPT/1LT/2LT), and even the same for LTC/MAJ at the BN/BDE levels.
Response by SFC James Baber made Jan 26 at 2014 12:18 AM 2014-01-26T00:18:08-05:00 2014-01-26T00:18:08-05:00 SSgt Private RallyPoint Member 44342

Bribery would be a great place to start and if you think I believe that you do not know me. As a veteran I know that what I do affects you in the future and what you do secures that legacy. It is funny how veterans and SM actually help each other and if I do anything else in my life it is to help others who served. Yes it's easier said than done because the mission doesn't stop. Be innovative instead of political. The battle of this conflict starts with the soldier. Will you win and churn out great leaders to fill your place when you get out? Or will you lose and be known as that hardass that makes life with the unit shitty? You decide that.
