Get excellent character letters on your behalf from prior chain of commands and show you have grown from that Dui via awards, schools and what you have done since your punishment. You can get it removed but you have to be meticulous and do your due diligence on your behalf. It’s a simple request that must be made after at least a year has passed. Doesn’t mean it will be approved, but that is the process Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 30 at 2020 10:29 PM 2020-07-30T22:29:18-04:00 2020-07-30T22:29:18-04:00 MSG Private RallyPoint Member 6160238 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I had a Ranger buddy move an Art 15 to the restricted file and HRC left a memo that stated something like &quot;there used to be an Art 15 here but it was moved to restricted section.&quot; Im not saying dont do it, just want you to know what happens. I’ve seen commanders do this if they feel the offense was severe enough to warrant remaining in your permanent record. I’d check that first before you start working with HRC.
