Any SM with ANY amount of "self respect" will respect your opinion. AND - they should willingly accept and acknowledge you assuming you are correct. Make SURE you have the whole story first - sometimes what might be perceived as "disrespectful" may be because of the part of the story you don't know. But if it's pretty clear cut, then just tell them. If they don't listen to you, bring a friend - sometimes the message is better received if more than one person share the same opinion.
