How do you balance work, school and drill? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/how-do-you-balance-work-school-and-drill <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently working full time as an assistant director of rehab, I'm a full time student and I attend drill once per month. The problem I am having is that the graduate program that I am in is on weekends, so drill overlaps. The school states that they will record any classes missed due to military service. However, I have only received one recording in 8 months. I have also received some bad grades on papers based on content that I was not present for. I have spoke with the teacher and the dean and they are unwilling to bend. Does anyone else have trouble balancing all of their responsibilities or am I just not doing a good enough job of multitasking? I know that many have them that should be able to help you in this function. The school HAS to live up to the promises they made you when you enrolled - ie, give you the recordings so you can turn in proper work. I know a lot of people with this issue. Have you tried talking to your unit about making up drill possibly during the week or speaking with a classmate about getting notes on the weekends you miss.
