How do you carry a concealed pistol while rucking?

So far I haven't found any great solutions for carrying a concealed pistol while rucking.

I usually ruck in athletic shorts and a t-shirt. I've used a fanny pack around my waist and a SAW pouch on my front ruck strap to carry a pistol. However, the SAW pouch doesn't work for all rucks and it is literally just a pouch with a pistol inside. The fanny pack gets in the way, with the strap buckle eventually rubbing against me while I ruck. Are there any good options for long distance rucking?

When I’m hunting and cycling I use a Hill People chest bag. I have velcro’d an old all purpose belt slide that covers the trigger on both my Glock 30 and 43. It is easy to access, literally one finger will open the chest bag and makes it easy to draw.

When I did Ruck in the jungles and to unknown areas, My Ruck had a pocket on the face, and that's about the best I could do, without having my fanny pack or anything on my chest.
But, I did practice alot to get to my 1911, or revolver, in the pocket, and unhook one strap and swung the Ruck to my front.
That's about the best I could do with it, but I got proficient with doing that.
In the picture you can see my short machete, now that I could get in my hand fast.

Now a days, the firearms are so small, you can rig a holster on of the Ruck shoulder straps, like in the day, when we had a K-bar on one of the shoulder straps, handle facing down.

I am in a powered wheelchair. I use an Alienware holster at the 5 o'clock position. Fast to access and concealed easily, as well.

When I Used To Do Back Country Hunts And Had To Carry Everything With Me For What Could Be A Multi Day Trip I Would Use A WW-2 Holster Like This For My 1911 And It Worked Very Well.

Better question. Why do you carry a CONCEALED pistol while rucking? Unless you're rucking through the downtown area of a major city, I mean. I like the Gunfighters Kenai chest holster, reminds me of the kydex holster I used to strap my M9 to the front of my IOTV.
