Toxic Leadership! We all know that it exists within our ranks in the military....branch is immaterial.
What do we as Soldiers/Airmen/Sailors/Marines/Guardsmen/Reservists and Leaders do to combat this growing trend (which isn't a good one, BTW)???

Usually I smile and allow them to continue on their power trip. Unless they utilize physical violence, and believe me I have witnessed a LTG throw pencils at COLs during a Corps C & S meeting. I tend to do what is legally obligated by my duty and if they are harmful or a detriment to others, report.
