We hear of people all the time getting in trouble for disclosing/mishandling PII - So you would think the encryption process would be a little more clear/accessible. Every thread I have found with &#39;Instructions&#39; tells me I need to use the &quot;tools&quot; button or the &quot;red ribbon&quot; icon, or security options etc. NONE of those icons are visible. I even tried setting up the Outlook Web Mail System on my desktop word for word and the newest outlook system won&#39;t allow me to input my AKO information so it refuses to connect. I also can&#39;t view the email icon in my AKO.
