It's kind of like whether or not I read the Sports section in the paper, sometimes I do, and sometimes the section goes straight into the recycling basket. Like everybody else I respond based on my knowledge and/or feeling for the topic. Good questions were asked about operations, personnel performance, discipline, and an array of other pertinent topics. I'm trying really hard to remember one time that anything critical to the function of that associations or entity was positively affected by one of those surveys. So, RP, what's the purpose of these surveys? Will anything change? Will you accept constructive cristicism and do something about it?
