How do you feel about soldiers returning from AIT not being able to pass their first APFT?

<p>What should happen to their PREVIOUS UNIT'S CHAIN OF COMMAND (who said he or she passed a test on their last evaluation)?</p><p><br></p><p>What does that say about the student's previous UNIT?</p><p><br></p><p>Should any of this be factored&nbsp;into separation boards (In Regards to Leadership)?</p><p><br></p><p>Also consider failing by MINUTES and DOUBLE DIGIT Reps.</p><p>Exclude profiles.</p><p><br></p><p>What should happen to the student (not as important as the above questions)?</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
