CAC cards are only for active duty regular army and those serving in the reserve components actively. I’m also seeing you’ve provided no info in your personal information regarding wether your IRR Individual Ready Reserve or IRR Individual Retired Reserve. If you haven’t received 20 years AFS ( active federal service) or a 20 year letter for satisfactory service in the reserves and active components I’d highly recommend or encourage you to get your 20 good years credit completed for an additional retirement by age 60 or possibly earlier being active after 2008. Best of luck Major Phil Centenino! No Webmail, not access the HRC sites. No way to access ToD, etc. I get the reasoning, but definitely, a gap, if you're actually trying to serve.
