How do you get a seat for ALC ?

It is based on a the amount of promotion points you have. Talk to your branch to find out.

Very true, it is a branch question. Promotion points do matter. Not sure if it works the same for every other MOS but I am an 11B, I called my schools branch and was on orders to ALC while I was on the phone with the person In charge of NCOES ASSIGNMENTS. Good luck!

I called schools branch a few days after I passed my board. Dude gave me two options

Well.....in my Reserve unit, all NOCES seat requests must be sent up via an ATRRS request form and sent to BN for processing.
