Looked at RAPIDS. The NOSC there does dependent according to the web site. Just make the appointment on line. First one at the moment is 23 JUL. You can walk in but expect a wait.

It’s a naval station next to palm beach international that’s where my wife went

If you don’t mind the drive you can get an appointment at Patrick AFB, about 2 hour drive but nice to also go to the BX and commissary

The DOD has extended many cards to June of next year for some categories. Google military IDs and you should be directed to the official site.
