Imagine all the targets are stressors and they all pop up at the same time. What is your fire pattern? You shoot the closest one first because it is the most dangerous, then u move to further targets. I am saying u can’t hit all the targets at once. Prioritize your stressors. You will find that some stressors are too far to hit now so put them on the back burner. I highly recommend this approach because I do know how it feels to have an accumulation of a lot of stressors at one time. It feels overwhelming.
