Those things outside of my control are worth acknowledgement but not worry - they are going to be what they are going to be. One reason I do my best to live a stress free &amp; very simple life, spending most of it away from others its just me and my Bulldog &amp; yes she gets bossy at times but nothing I can&#39;t handle. Then he talks to several chaplains. He ponders and prays. He takes a deep breath, then exercises to clear his head. If the pressure is still there he goes to sick call. If we are lucky he goes to mental health. After that he takes leave. Meanwhile, everyone else experiences more pressure because Snuffy can&#39;t pull his own weight. I have to remind myself that I can only control my actions, and I shouldn&#39;t stress about things I have no control over. It&#39;s difficult, and I still think I handle stress poorly, but at least I&#39;m aware of it and trying to make improvements.
