How do you manage and keep up with your various e-mail accounts?

Schools and workplaces many times add to the number of e-mail addresses one can own. How many do you have? How do you maintain the accounts?

I have several email accounts (both personal and work). Each has specific purposes and, to date, I have not had any issues with managing them.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird to manage six e-mail accounts on my Linux laptop. When I used Windows 7, I used Outlook. One program with all my e-mails save a lot of time.

Four email accounts for different purposes:
Work/Corporate (company provided)
Work personal (Apple mail)
Military business (DISA provided)
Military personal (Google mail)
When I Retire in Sep, 2016 I will lose the military business and the traffic associated to it.
I update all at the same time every 90 days with a complex password of 12 digits.

SGT Private RallyPoint Member, for my personal emails (yahoo, hotmail, and 3 Gmail accounts) I simply have them added on my smart phone and get notifications whenever I get a new one in any/all 5 accounts.
Then I have 2 work related emails. One from my company and one Air Force email. Those I simply keep open on my desktop at work.

Corporate personal Email
Corporate department Email
Personal corporate Email (yahoo account used for testing external inbound email)
Personal domain Email
Personal business Email
Family Email
Personal Gmail
Ibought my domain name to manage personsl Email accounts. Ihave them hosted on my corporate server (with permission from our CIO)
