Some pain puts ya down. The older you get the worse it gets. So, far, I'm still getting up. Creaking, groaning, moaning and griping like I always have.... That's my story and I'm sticking with it....!!!

Somedays it hurts so bad I can't think, hold a conversation that makes any sense or put the car in gear. Other days I'm just a grumpy ba$tard. Hot bath, some ice, motrin out that wazzzoooo and keep on moving....Response by PO1 Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 2 at 2014 11:03 PM2014-09-02T23:03:47-04:002014-09-02T23:03:47-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member225840

Motrin is my go to. Most of the time it's just an underlying annoyance. When it gets too bad I go see the Doc and he usually gives me a steroid shot and about 10 days worth of Lortab.
