You need to plan some "me time" in order to function better and give others the attention they deserve. Associated with a stroke I suffered last September. Gotta keep the mind working read a lot and get plenty of outside exercise. Just Blessed it was a wake up call and not a call home.<br /><br />A lot of what you have shared can be used by many suffering from PSTD and TBI.
