So my fitness routine starts about 0430 and ends about 2030. with a few breaks in between. Then I PT at 1600. Because early morning PT is no good!!! Alternating leg and upper body days. Usually drink a gallon of water from morning until evening before I get into it, have a small meal before hand. I&#39;m sure that eventually I will incorporate Motrin into my routine.
