I know the requirements are to either have 8,000 hours or 12 months accident free, but what are the forms and how do I go about submitting it? How do you put in for a driver’s badge? 2019-05-16T16:01:02-04:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 4641627 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have a Soldiwr who is PCSing soon and has asked how he can get a driver’s badge annotated on his ERB. The one I had for prior service was just a basic Memorandum for Record with the number of miles driven, 12 miles accident free.
