You &quot;younger&quot; folks have so many methods of researching regulations online that it makes my head spin. From my experience I highly recommend spending some time researching the uniform regulations and now a PAM and become a subject matter expert as it will serve you well going through the ranks. It helped me for many years and will now help my son as he goes up through the ranks. Attach the loop that is at the end of the fourragere over the button the run the fouragere under the sleeve and attach the second loop over the button. Button the shoulder loop. I advise shining the tip of the fouragerre, especially if you are going to a board. THe tip looks a ton better shinny than not.<br /><br />P.S. you shoud have asked your NCOs how to do this not a bunch of people that you don&#39;t know. I’m sure your first line has been to a ball or two and should know their way around a set of ASU’s.
