I was on eBenefits this morning looking at something to answer a RP question for someone else, when I noticed that VA is tracking I have 0 months remaining. I have at least 15 months remaining. My spouse used the others for a credentialing program. I also no longer seem to have access to the interactive portion that realigns months of benefits between my dependents, which I soaked up a three year ADSO to have the "privilege" to do so. What is the best way to get this corrected?

I'd start with a general benefits inquiry.
GI Bill is run on an antiquated system that VA tried and failed to update last Fall. Quite a bit of stuff was lost in the sauce during transition.
The system that tracks what you earned and what has been used is still there, so it should be an easy fix.

1SG (Join to see) I'll start there. Thanks. I've got my oldest headed to college next year and I am looking at PhD programs. That 2 ft tarp won't cover the 100ft load but it's something I'm going to use to the fullest.

Jason my best thought is involve your Congressional Representative or Senator. Being retired I think that should give you enough pull. Possibly a VFW or AMERICAN Legion rep but they might not be as current. Lastly are you still in contact with any former SGMs, CSMs or Personnel Folks still on active duty status? Good Luck!

Possibly a VSO would be of benefit as well.

When I had trouble with GI Bill, this is what I had to do. And don't be surprised if you have to go back multiple times about it.
