How do you register for the action officer development course?

Does anyone know how to register for this DL course? It is a prereq for WOAC and the welcome packet just says go to atrrs but there is no register link. My S3 schools is looking at the same page I am and doesn't know how, or if they even can, sign me up. Some of my peers said they registered thru CHRTAS which is what came up when I googled AODC but that website is down due to contract negotiations... I emailed the poc back and still waiting on her reply. Does anyone know any other way forward?

Action Officer Course registration is through https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/chrtas/student/main.aspx

If it has changed, I'm not tracking it. Your Branch Manager should have the most recent details about the course. I took it 8 years ago.

Update... The CHRTAS website where you go to register for AODC is down UFN according to atrrs help desk and they don't know when it will be back up. Thankfully I had completed AODC as part of a correspondence course back as an E-5 through ALDP and school accepted it. Ps. Atrrs will not accept anything older than 5 years, they basically disavow all knowledge and you are F'ed. However thanks to Cw2 Cobian-Diaz being an awesome squad leader I still have my coresponance course paperwork and WOAC accepted it!

For what it's worth, when I try to input an application in ATRRS for this course, I get an error saying you can only use CES or CHRTAS to register.

Go to CHRTAS https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/chrtas - look for the "apply for training" link under the Student tab and search for Action Officers Development Course. It appears the issues with the website are now resolved.

Go to: https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/chrtas/student/main.aspx
Complete your profile
Go to 'Student' menu
Click Apply for Training
Select Action Officer Development Course
Select Fiscal Year
Hit Next (bottom)
Select Web Class, then hit next again.
Select course
Enter Alternate Dates
Fill out justification: to attain staffing and communication skills at different levels of an organization....whatever
Hit submit.

Ensure supervisor information and unit information are all up to date. Request gets sent to supervisor for approval
