I can really get lost reloading. I really enjoy anything to do with fire arms, repairing, cleaning, sharing via photo and more. Shooting gives me a great amount of release as well, in fact I just got home from shooting several mags of 45 ACP through my Kimber M1911A1 Custom. My favorite handgun. Another relaxation for me is to choose one of my various translations of the bible and open to any random page and start reading. Visiting with my wife is also a very soothing thing. Since I am a retired (not tired) person I find a lot of things the raise my spirits and relax me from a stressful period of time. One I really ought to do that I do not do very well is to reach out to a brother for just conversation.
