How do I request to have my body fat measured by pinch test?

AR 600-9, Chap 3, Para 3-2b:
"The only authorized method of estimating body fat is the circumference-based tape method outlined in appendix B."

You can just do it yourself, in order to request a pinch test for the military height and weight record test, you need a certificate from a doctor stating why you are medically ineligible for the standard tape test. (Good luck with that) I've only seen it once and she had a very interesting body shape while being very, very skinny.
