I&#39;ve avoided that button like the plague. My question to anyone who would do that is &quot;Why&quot;. To get a whole 5% match to your TSP contribution? What a deal! Unless the soldier knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that he/she is getting out, there is no reason to switch over. You can lie to proceed) Then log into MYPAY and opt in BRS. There is no going back once that soldier opt in. I myself have opt into the new system. Hope this info help SSG. Don’t forget to set your contribution percentage and fund allocation!
