Some may think that if you make it to the tops of our ranks that one is successful. I would disagree, as we move to the top we learn very fast that we must sacrifice certain things, such as time with our families or friends. For me, not being there to have an influence on my child's life affects how they will grow up and develop and this detracts from the time I could be using to do more in my career. Balance and proper decision making is key! What is your opinion of success?
