DA Pam 670-1 has this info and even a pix of a similar setup. Have NCOs forgotten how to do basic research? RP is not a DA source, although the above given info is correct.

Nothing, and I repeat....nothing in your life....should ever be worn above your CIB on your uniform!!! Ever!!!!! Unless, your in a Airborne unit, and in class A’s and the unit has a specific SOP for ALL soldiers to do so.....but Any other time.....YOU DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

Thank you all for the info and yes I did my research in 670-1 I’m just covering all my basses and verify what I was reading. It’s not a common thing to see.
