You should be able to find the contact information by Googling his state + Army National Guard + troop command ... i.e., Texas Army National Guard Troop Command ... look for the contact information.

Second is to contact the state's/county's Veteran agency and see if they have copies of the records.

Third is to contact the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) and request a copy of your military records (all military records for former servicemembers will eventually go there).Response by COL Randall C. made Oct 7 at 2022 8:34 PM2022-10-07T20:34:38-04:002022-10-07T20:34:38-04:002LT Private RallyPoint Member7922752

Luckily I didn't have to contact anyone. Mine randomly showed in the mail 2 months after getting out. Never knew that I was supposed to receive one in the first place. It is nice to have if you want to frame it or store away for memories. It looks pretty legit if I may add.Response by 2LT Private RallyPoint Member made Oct 10 at 2022 9:48 AM2022-10-10T09:48:19-04:002022-10-10T09:48:19-04:00LTC Trent Klug7924029

I had mine the week I retired.Response by LTC Trent Klug made Oct 10 at 2022 11:55 PM2022-10-10T23:55:06-04:002022-10-10T23:55:06-04:002022-10-07T18:33:58-04:00
