How does a hearing waiver work for a prior service enlistment?

I tested as H3 by 5 points at one frequency in just my right ear. Both the MEPS doctor and recruiter/recruiting station NCOIC believe my waiver will be approved as a prior service field artillery service member.
My question is based on the assumption they are correct and the waiver is approved - will my PULHES be altered from 111311 to 111211 and then choosing MOS based on that PULHES?
I presume it is not the same as a permanent hearing waiver but from what I can tell would require a different MOS - although my specific prior service MOS no longer exists (13E) so i would have required a new MOS anyway.

5.6. HEARING. a. Audiometric hearing levels are measured by audiometers calibrated to the standards in American National Standards Institute S3.6-2010 and will be used to test the hearing of all applicants. b. Current hearing threshold level in either ear that exceeds: (1) Pure tone at 500, 1000, and 2000 cycles per second for each ear of more than 25 decibels (dB) on the average with any individual level greater than 30 dB at those frequencies. (2) Pure tone level more than 35 dB at 3000 cycles per second or 45 dB at 4000 cycles per second for each ear. (3) There is no standard for 6000 cycles per second. c. History of using hearing aids.

I was declared as failed with a 35 dB in either 2000 or 3000 (I cant remember but likely 2000 since 35 at 3000 is acceptable).
The MEPS doctor requested it be sent to the WA and it was received. I dont expect an answer already but I'm trying to prepare and trust those with an interest in advising me you know?

SPC Josh Tharp - I pulled that from the DOD instructions for disqualifying conditions. IF you meet or exceed the standards then you should be good. If not, a waiver is required and hearing ones aren't usually approved

SSG (Join to see) is there a way to view my MEPS physical data without a CAC login? I can access things like milconnect with a DS login but i can not find my MEPS hearing test data anywhere

Medical issues link to military service are waivable and the DODID is a guideline the military follows. I wouldn’t see why you couldn’t join with your current hearing issue.
