One of my most intense duties, and very rewarding on a personal level. Had I made the MSG list I might have stayed around longer than 22 years... If you get my drift.... The board has recognized how important and demanding the job is. The last list, we had a 100% selection rate in our company. AIT PSG and Instructor duty is where it&#39;s at if you want to further your career. Just remember though, my work schedule was 0300-1900 ish most days and weekends. I am currently stationed with some of the best SSG and SFC I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I sure hope I see a lot of promotions this upcoming board. If your records are well rounded and you stack up against your peers in all other areas- Response by CSM Darieus ZaGara made Apr 1 at 2016 3:59 PM 2016-04-01T15:59:10-04:00 2016-04-01T15:59:10-04:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 1430277 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Most importantly it is a broadening assignment, which can only benefit you on a board. That said, it will depend on how your NCOER's read from that assignment. If you don't rate well it can actually be harmful.
