Trying to understand the impact to our family finances and I'm getting conflicting information. The conflict seems to come from "This is a PCS move and your family will be moved with you. You will receive BAH for Monterey and will need to find a place to live" and "Your family will have the option of moving with you, or they may remain at your home of record. You will receive BAH for your HOR and can stay in the barracks if they choose not to relocate".
