PFC Private RallyPoint Member 3696379 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently an Army Reservist and my Fiancé is active duty Army. Would I be considered a civilian spouse and he would be paid the married amount of BAH according to his rank? Or would we be considered dual military and get separate BAH pay as single? How does BAH work when an active duty service member and a Reservist get married? 2018-06-09T00:07:58-04:00 PFC Private RallyPoint Member 3696379 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am currently an Army Reservist and my Fiancé is active duty Army. You will be considered a civilian spouse while not doing your Reserve commitments.<br /><br />you are not married yet, so you have no entitlement until you are actually married. She would get BAH Single depending if commands authorizes it, or of course if there&#39;s children involved, then she would get BAH with dependents Response by LCpl Ferdinand Hughes made Jun 11 at 2018 8:17 AM 2018-06-11T08:17:30-04:00 2018-06-11T08:17:30-04:00 2018-06-09T00:07:58-04:00
