I am currently TDY at Fort Knox and my spouse is stationed in San Antonio. I am trying to understand BAH and TDY. I have been told I will not get it because I am TDY. However, my spouse and I have an apartment together so it doesn&#39;t make sense to me that I would not get BAH while TDY. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You will still receive your BAH, it is not tied to your current location but your base of assignment. Going TDY does not stop standard pay such as BAH/BAS.
