This is expressed in their propensity to give out awards like leftover day at the DFAC.

Legion of Merit where others would award a Meritorious Service Medal
Bronze Start with M device where others would get an Army Commendation Medal
Meritorious Service Medal where others would get an Army Achievement Medal

So remember this, when you are given an ARCOM and those above you are showered with greater glory. Don't be bitter. If you were in a traditional logistics unit as a SPC you'd maybe get a Certificate of Achievement.

Then you also have access to those in the cooler MOS's and what you make of those relationships is all in your hands. Don't try to pretend to be one of them. SFABs are a huge priority Army wide. Your branch likely has no higher priority fill, edging out Korea. Most of all, your commander need you to do your expertise in that MOS. I say, from sun up to sun down that I perform my MOS at least 90% of the time. Be that soldier with confidence and work and rely on your team , the 1st Sergeant, and most of all your commander. I don’t know how many of times my commander call me in his/her office, and expect an butt chew out. But an atta boy talk.
