I'm 65 and I'm good enough at math to understand that starts getting into the high risk category, so yes, I did get the vaccines. Jesus, how many did I get in the service and for what foreign disease I don't even remember, so what difference is a couple more.

I got the Pfizer vaccine, both shots, in March. The first shot just kind of sore arm a little bit. Second shot I felt like crap the next day but once I took Tylenol later in the evening I was fine.

I've heard that Pfizer and Moderna fully certified in July. After that, people in the military won't have a choice unless they can get some kind of exemption.

Faults information? "No worse than the flu..." LOL you're still on that bullshit narrative? It's completely worse than the flu. They never said that it would 100% prevent people from getting covid if they get vaccinated. It's supposed to lessen the severity of symptoms when you get it. There are people who have gotten covid after being vaccinated - guess what? No hospitalization. Barely even felt sick. So it is working for people.

Keep living in that MAGA world though.

Oh also it's voluntary for military - until it's 100% certified which it will be around July. Then there's really no choice unless someone can get an exemption for some reason. Also - commanders are actually using non-vaccination against their soldiers. Leave is one of the things they're setting different guidelines for people who are and aren't vaccinated or denying leave for some who aren't vaccinated. Not saying that's right but it's kind of "voluntary." Not really voluntary.

ones I got for Typhoidd, the Anthrax, the Yellow Fever, Smallpox....plus God only knows what other vaccinations I received....plus, my civilian job would probably require it to return to work since I work for a lab and 85% of the people we see are 65+

I have received both doses of the Moderna vaccine. Working in EMS, I've seen first hand the devastation this virus can cause to high risk individuals. For me personally, I've had sinus infections that made me feel worse than Covid did. A couple of our local doctors were not so fortunate and passed away due to complications from the disease.

My civilian doctor recommended that we get the shots. I got the first shot at the Atlanta VA and then I tried to get the second shot there but got no response. Got the second Modena shot at Publix. Arm was a little sore for a couple of days.

Wife and I have not gotten any vaccinations for Covid. She works retail and runs a maskless store for the last 6 months now. Yes - Florida. She has one, count them, ONE customer who insists everyone be masked. In 6 months no one has died, no one has gotten sick, no one even talks about it much anymore.

What we do talk about are the vaccines! Those experimental vaccines or RNA shots (they are different!) and the fact that this is **the only vaccine sets** that you cannot sue if a family member gets injured or dies from it. If you look at the image I attached, we live in the middle of the 3 very red counties in the SE part of FL. The largest area for population density in the 4 very densely populated areas of Florida.

No masks mandated for 6ish months. We are not dying like flies out here. Sorry to disappoint...

I'm vaxed. Got the Moderna shot through the VA the second I heard it was available. I have a high risk individual that I live with and people around here are fairly rabidly anti-vax and anti-mask. Transmission numbers dropped immediately in areas that got their population vaccinated. I will not be responsible for Covid continuing to kill and injure people.

Since it seems that it's relevant to ones credibility on this topic - Due to my personal health situation I am fully vaccinated.
That said,
The Politicization of a Health issue was a severe mistake.
The later admitted use of deceit by Public Health Officials to drive behavior was a disturbing and huge mistake.
The language of Politics in the conversation regarding the issue was a mistake.
As to the Political Parties - both have their blame to bear, it's not a one side right and the other wrong situation - if you see it as one or the other I would invite you to re-examine the information in the Public record.

I want to ask the geniuses who eschew the vaccine. Is the daily death rate going up, down, or staying the same? Did you even research the numbers? If you don't research the numbers, how the hell do you know what you are talking about? Some of you remind me of typical Trump supporters who blindly believe in Trump and GOP coin phrases like:

- Trump did a good job preparing for the pandemic because he stopped some air travel and the Democrats screamed Xenophobia.
- The Captiol Building rioters were not violent. It was like a tour.
- None of the federal judges listened to the fraud cases and just threw them out.
- That is not a vaccine.

Some of you are so gullible and ignorant it boggles my mind. You folks will live a lie and continue to spew lies. If any of you believe any of those coin phrases above then I will call it as it is. You folks are stupid and support stupid politicians who lie infinitely. You give power to politicians who blantantly and brazzenly lie. There are many videos of Capitol Building rioters beating the police with various instruments but now the official GOP line is it was all peaceful, but some of you stupid supporters will believe that lie contrary to the immense evidence.
